Jonny Greenwood film score set for release

An orchestral score composed by Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood for forthcoming film drama ‘The Master’, as represents his second soundtrack collaboration with ‘There Will Be Blood’ director Paul Thomas Anderson, is being released as an LP.
It’ll feature eleven of Greenwood’s original pieces, plus four 1950s-era tracks (ie contemporary to the time in which the movie is set), and Nonesuch Records will do the issue honours on 5 Nov. The movie itself will premiere in the UK on the same day.
Meanwhile here are Joaquin Phoenix, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Amy Adams acting their hearts out in the ‘The Master’ promo reel:
