We are looking for a talented, motivated and dynamic Ticketing Manager to join our fast-growing exhibitions, family entertainment and comedy promoter business. We work with some of the largest global exhibition producers and will be launching several high-profile events in UK and Europe over the next five years. You will play an integral part in the ticketing set up and resolution a every event. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with third party ticketing service agencies in order to manage complex timed ticketing systems. We are looking for someone who has experience and is a passionate team player, able to work collaboratively but to maintain a clear focus on task execution. 

The Role:

  • Co-ordinate event builds and sales schedules
  • Produce pricing manifests and scaling maps based on production plans and event organiser / promoter information.
  • Know ticket sales, provide sales reports and breakdowns prior to and on event days.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams – finance, marketing, venues, agencies.
  • Always look at optimising best ticketing practice for the ultimate fan journey
  • Manage workload and work under stressful conditions.
  • London based.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Understand ticketing software, systems and price scaling models.
  • Proficient use of Excel (or similar software)
  • An eye for detail
  • Resilience to make decisions under extremely tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively.
  • Team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creating and fostering relationships.
  • Comfortable handing own workload as well as supporting others.
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service.

Salary:
