JOIN THE FASTEST GROWING PROMOTER IN THE EXHIBITION & FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT SECTOR.

We are looking for a talented, motivated and dynamic Head of Marketing to join our fast-growing exhibitions, family entertainment, special projects and comedy promoter business. We work with some of the largest global exhibition producers and will be launching several high-profile events in UK and Europe over the next five years. We are looking for a marketing expert to join our team, to work across our exhibitions, comedy tours, special projects and family events. You will be dynamic, experienced, creative, digitally savvy and organised with an understanding of event and long-term campaign marketing. You will have a strong knowledge of traditional OOH marketing strategy, good agency connections, digital and social platform knowledge with an ability to devise campaign strategies to deliver great results. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively are a must as is working under pressure in a collaborative team environment.  

The Role:

  • Developing, planning, implementing and monitoring event and exhibition marketing strategies.
  • Improve performance and ROI across all marketing channels.
  • Execute successful influencer campaigns that reflect the needs of all special projects.
  • Understand paid digital advertising models and execution.
  • Understand creative asset design, statics, video and multi-format applications.
  • Pro-active with a never say no attitude.
  • London based with flexible remote working a consideration.
  • European co-ordination to assist development and planning of major exhibition events in key FKP European markets.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Overseeing all areas of marketing strategy to realise event and project objectives.
  • Creating strategic plans to establish and enhance brand presence of all events.
  • Develop strategies to further project development in the digital space, supporting events, sponsorships and partnerships to amplify impact and ROI.
  • Allocating and managing resource to projects with detailed reporting and budget tracking.
  • Participate in weekly planning and insight meetings to improve engagement levels across all activities.
  • Communicate and connect with other professionals and influencers to create and expand a strong network.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing best practices and technologies.
  • Experience of building and delivering high level campaigns under timeline pressure.
  • Identifying new opportunities to reach new market segments.
  • Management and development of a small team.

Salary:
