Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in the world of live music? Our AEG Presents International Touring team is looking for a Tour Accountant who will be responsible for Tour accounting & reporting, covering territories including EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.

This role involves up to 15% travel within and outside the UK to attend shows for settlement purposes, including weekends and evenings.

You will:

  • Liaise with Touring and Production teams to refine show projections, track and control spending, and manage third party payment approvals.
  • Prepare tour settlements and packs in advance of each tour for internal review and liaise with show representative to present and agree show settlements with Artist representatives.
  • Review provisional settlements, analysing revenue and costs and any effect on budgets, and pro-actively raise any concerns to the Promoter and Touring department.
  • Liaise with Ticketing team to ensure all income streams have been reported correctly.
  • Confidently liaise with Artist management/agents to explain settlements and provide relevant backup.
  • Ensure timely payments of Artist deposit, balance, and overage payments. Ensure all necessary withholding tax and recharge deductions are made.
  • Prepare full tour profit and loss settlement post-tour for Artist representatives and internal departments.
  • Ensure all relevant information is communicated promptly, accurately, and succinctly for the understanding of non-finance stakeholders.
  • Maintain the progression of settlements, outstanding items, and resolve queries of multiple concurrent tours.
  • Maintain excellent records of show documents in show folders.
  • Finalise tour settlements in a timely manner, liaising with venues, local partners and promoter reps. Ensure accuracy of reconciliation and liaise with Finance and Accounts for internal processing.
  • Support the Production department on managing AEG's requirements from third party representatives, including but not limited to coordinating tour float, tour representative contracts, settlements, and tour representatives' expenditure on tour.

We're looking for someone with relevant arena level tour accountant experience from a live music or events background. You must possess excellent core accounting skills and have an exceptional knowledge of Excel.

An assured and effective communicator, you'll demonstrate the ability to solve more complex problems with confidence and offer practical solutions to issues that arise.

You'll build strong relationships across different departments internally and manage and develop relationships with external stakeholders and promote a culture of collaboration.
