Williams and Barlow to release duet

Robbie Williams will release a duet co-written and performed with his former Take That bandmate Gary Barlow in October, it has been announced. Entitled ‘Shame’, it is the first song the pair have worked on together since Williams left Take That in 1995.
The track will form part of a new Robbie Williams greatest hits compilation, which will be released a week after the single. Calling itself ‘In And Out Of Consciousness – The Greatest Hits 1990-2010′, it is likely to feature Take That songs as well as Williams’ solo material, unless he released some solo singles in the early 90s that I’ve forgotten about.
‘Shame’ is due for release on 4 Oct, followed by ‘In And Out Of Consciousness’ on 11 Oct.
