Vigsy’s Club Tip: Aphex Twin at Field Day

So the festival season is upon us once again, I guess, which means I ought to be keeping my eyes out for clubs, DJs and fine electronic artists rocking up to the nation’s fields.
Or the nation’s Field Day, maybe. That London festival is taking place tomorrow and, somewhat excitingly, Aphex Twin is headlining The Barn, a brand new main stage area that is promising “a gigantic hanger-like construction with a state of the art high-powered sound system and one of the most technologically advanced lighting rigs around”. Which sounds like a perfectly decent place to enjoy the genius that is Richard D James.
Tickets still seem to be available, though for those of you unable to attend in person I see that NTS will be live streaming this particular set here. So no excuses.
