March then. What was everyone interested in during the month of March? Well, like February, mainly Gary Barlow getting a load of 80s popstars together to record new songs for the soundtrack of that Eddie The Eagle movie, which just came out last week. Though more people were interested in the Recording Industry Association Of America’s default judgement against piracy website MP3Skull. So there you go.

Other stories that were big news in March, and in many cases remain so, were Kesha’s legal battle with Dr Luke, the search for a new AC/DC frontman, Adele tickets on secondary sites, and the questions (now largely answered) over the latest round of ATP festivals.

Before we get to the full top ten, let’s take a look at the most popular features on the CMU website in March. Top was our look at the five key digital challenges for the music industry in 2016. We had a couple of Approved columns, on Babymetal and Iiris. Then a Beef Of The Week occupied by Kanye West and Deadmau5. And finally, an episode of the CMU Podcast that led on those ATP problems.
