The Metadata Academy announces next training event

Launched last year, the Metadata Academy has announced its latest training session to help labels and artists get their metadata in order. And that might sound like a very tedious thing, but it’s important, so you should go. Seriously, if every sorted out their metadata, the world would be a better place.
Tom Allen of the Metadata Academy, and metadata firm Metable, told CMU: “For years, I’ve always felt that the skills in this area of the industry were really underdeveloped. And that’s what we’re trying to improve with the Metadata 101 course, to shine a light on those key skills that will drive us forward as an industry”.
Tickets for the event, which runs on 3 Apr from 2-5pm, can be purchased for £30 here.
