The-Dream arrested over alleged assault on girlfriend

R&B man The-Dream, aka Terius Nash, was arrested earlier this week over an incident involving his then-pregnant ex-girlfriend, Lydia Nam.
According to TMZ, Nash, who was wanted by police on multiple following the alleged assault in April 2013, turned himself into NYPD officers yesterday. He faces felonies of assault and strangulation, and misdemeanours for assault, reckless endangerment, and child endangerment.
Nam, who filed a police report in November, claims he “punched, kicked, and strangled her while she was pregnant with his son”.
Nash is reportedly still in custody.
