The Buckhead Bieber blocker bombshell? Bullshit

What do the people of Buckhead, a district of Atlanta, think about the rumours Justin Bieber has been looking at properties in their area?
Well, actually they’re pretty uninterested in the news, despite widespread reports of an online petition calling on the singer to stay away, and photos of a small group of locals protesting with banners carrying slogans like “JUSTin say no” and “Keep Buckhead Bieber free”.
“We’re just concerned citizens”, Hank Maguire of the Buckhead Neighborhood Coalition told reporters when asked about the petition and protest.
Except the whole thing was one of those crazy radio show pranks, Maguire being an intern working on the ‘Regular Guys’ show on Atlanta’s Rock 100.5 station. Though as such pranks go, it was quite a success, with calls apparently coming in from news outlets around the world to find out more about the Buckhead Neighborhood Coalition’s concerns.
But a real spokesman for said neighbourhood group told reporters that, despite Bieber’s much publicised run-ins with his neighbours in LA, he’d welcome the pop tyke to his locale.
