SoundCloud announce TuneCore partnership

SoundCloud have announced a new partnership with digital distributors TuneCore which will mean that music uploaded to the former can be automatically transferred to the latter. This means bands who store their music online on SoundCloud can make use of TuneCore to make sure their music is available via a wide range of download services.
Says the SoundCloud blurb confirming the partnership: “We’ll do all the hard work getting your music from SoundCloud to TuneCore. And TuneCore will do all the hard work getting your music to commercial services like iTunes, Spotify, Amazon MP3 and eMusic. You keep all your rights and 100% of your royalties. Simple”.
