Rounding up the latest release news…
Soft-pop dreamer Marissa Nadler (pictured) has revealed she has a new LP titled ‘July’ to release in… February 2014. Billed to arrive on 4 Feb, it’ll feature eleven tracks, the first-to-emerge of which is ‘Dead City Emily’:
Moving on, saviour-of-quinoa David Lynch has let loose a new song he recorded whilst working on his newest LP, ‘The Big Dream’. Released this very day as a limited edition twelve-inch single, paired with its Venetian Snares remix, this here is ‘Bad The John Boy’:
Def Jam-signed R&B lady Jhene Aiko, who’s second-to-last on Solange’s celestial ‘Saint Heron’ compilation (and sings on Drake’s ‘Nothing Was The Same’ single ‘From Time’), is casting off a new EP, ‘Sail Out’, today, and from that has dealt a new track featuring Kendrick Lamar. Take in ‘Stay Ready (What A Life)’ now:
And talking of Drake, he premiered his ‘Worst Behaviour’ clip yesterday. It guest stars his (Drake’s) dad, so be nice and view it here:
