Rage Against The Machine may record new material
By CMU Editorial | Published on Tuesday 8 June 2010
Rage Against The Machine frontman Zack de la Rocha has said that there’s “a genuine possibility” that the band may record a new album at some point in the future, which would be their first since ‘Renegades’ in 2000.
De la Rocha told the NME: “I think it’s a genuine possibility. We have to get our heads around what we’re going to do towards the end of the year and finish up on some other projects and we’ll take it from there”.
The band, of course, played a free gig in Finsbury Park in London on Sunday to celebrate their Christmas number one last year. The also play Dublin tonight, before headlining Download on Saturday.
