Playlists.net rounds up new releases on Spotify

Discovery is the thing we’re missing with online music, so we’re often told. And Spotify’s new Discovery tab is a good attempt at rectifying that. But what if you just want to know what new albums are out and available via the streaming service in any given week? That information is not quite so easy to find out.
This week, Playlists.net – which recently changed its name from sharemyplaylists.com – has added a New Releases page to its site. Founder Kieron Donoghue told CMU: “As a music fan it’s actually very difficult to find a central resource for new releases each week. The Playlists.net New Releases section solves this problem is designed for our users to access the latest music with just one click, straightforward and simple”.
