Orange and T-Mobile to merge UK business

As you may well have seen, mobile giants Orange and T-Mobile have announced they will merge their UK businesses to create one operator that will control 37% of the UK mobile market. The new venture will be owned 50/50 by Orange and T-Mo. I’ve no idea what implications this has for the mobile music domain, but I’m sure there are some. If I think of any I’ll return to this story.
