About the opportunity

You will the lead person responsible for all elements of ad trafficking and reporting whilst supporting the business through effective implementation of social media and Google campaigns for a variety of clients across the entertainment market.

This is a demanding role and you will be responsible for:

• Trafficking, testing and maintaining digital video and display campaigns via our current ad server, Sizmek.
• Staying on top of developments with the platform and any changes this makes to ad-trafficking, reporting or conversion implementation and reporting.
• Monitoring, analysing and understanding how effective ad trafficked campaigns perform
• Ensuring correct ad tags are sent and implemented prior to campaign start date and ensuring these go live on the strict live deadlines we have in place
• Reporting in real-time and at the end of campaigns with constructive commenting on performance breakdown and supplementing with stats
• Keeping the team updated on current performance trends and bench mark performance stats fordisplay/video campaigns
• Highlighting discrepancy issues with media owners and taking action to resolve these in a timely fashion for billing purposes
• Aid in the reporting and evaluation of display activity for ad hoc client evaluations/reviews
• Setting up and reporting on social media and Google platform campaigns.
• Ensuring screens grabs for all live campaigns are collected in time.

About you

The ideal candidate will:

• A quick learner
• Preferably have minimum one year ad-operations experience
• Have knowledge ad trafficking platforms, knowledge of Sizmek preferable
• Be confident and capable to manage yourself and work independently and as part of a team
• Have an analytical approach and be highly organised
• Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Be keen to learn other aspects of digital marketing
