DHP is constantly expanding (be it concerts, festivals, venues or ticketing) and this role is all about supporting the development of the companies live music marketing in London.

DHP Family puts on more than 1500 gigs per year and promote tours by Ed Sheeran, The War on Drugs, Brian Wilson, Fat Freddy’s Drop, Slowdive and many more. We operate multiple venues across the country including The Garage, Oslo, Borderline and Thousand Island in London. We also curate award-winning Festivals from Dot to Dot (Manchester, Bristol and Nottingham), Mirrors (London) and Splendour (Nottingham).

Main purpose of the role

DHP is constantly expanding (be it concerts, festivals, venues or ticketing) and this role is all about driving the company’s live music marketing forward in London.

As Concerts Promotions Assistant in London, you will be motivated, organised, fast working, and have a huge passion for live music. You will ideally have a good grasp of the music/ents industry in London and an awesome understanding of marketing

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Concerts Promotions Coordinator in progressing its overall live music promotion in London and co-ordinating these local advertising efforts
• Assisting the Concerts Promotions coordinator on the marketing activities of concerts and tours across London, both in DHP venues and external.
• Delivering DHP’s London venues live music digital marketing activities (websites, email, social and online advertising)
• Maintaining and developing poster and flyer activity and arranging and auditing print and distribution
• Assisting in the production of print adverts and billboards
• Keeping the DHP regional presslist up to date
• Maintaining and developing relationships with key internal and external clients
• Maintaining and developing relationships with key internal and external clients
• Growing live music data capture, ensure it is recorded in DHP’s CRM system and evaluating insights
• Assisting the promotional activities of Mirrors Festival
• Liaising with other London venues, pursuing promotional efforts and actioning these opportunities
• Working with Finance in the recording of promotional activity and tracking success.
