Job ad: Sold Out – Campaign Manager (London)

About the opportunity
You will be the lead person responsible for all elements of online marketing and be supporting the business through effective implementation of social media campaigns, campaign planning and buying, implementation and reporting for a variety of clients across the entertainment market.

This is a demanding role and the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Supporting the head of digital with all things digital related and supporting the rest of the junior team
• Managing client relationships and expectations and act as a day to day contact for clients when issues arise, as well as attend client meetings
• Be comfortable presenting to a large number of clients on industry updates and campaign performance or quarterly digital performance reviews
• Have an in depth working knowledge and understanding of running paid campaigns though the following platforms: Facebook ads/Business manager, Social APIs, Twitter ads, Snapchat, Google Adwords (GDN, Youtube, PPC)
• Have the ability to understand, evaluate and optimise biddable campaigns across all the above platforms daily
• Have an understanding of ad serving and trafficking, in particularly Sizmek, and be able to produce tracked links for conversion tracking and also traffic ads for campaigns.
•  Have in depth experience in strategic planning and implementation of digital campaigns of ranging budgets to include; socials, programmatic, direct media, mobile, native and any innovative formats
• Stay abreast and have an in-depth knowledge of the online market and media owners including; Socials, Programmatic, Mobile, Search, Native, High impact, direct media buys for planning purposes and in order to update the wider company/team and clients
• Be able to work with wider teams within the internal and external business such as media owners and design teams to ensure campaigns are booked, delivered and reported on in a timely manner
• Have an understanding of artwork design and media owner delivery specification, to ensure formats are produced and delivered correctly, to spec, and on time
• To manage campaigns from brief to execution, implementation, delivery, through to end and reporting
• Have in depth knowledge and understanding on campaign performance the ability to accurately and succinctly evaluate this to clients with campaign reporting and detailed overviews
• Stay up to date with daily campaign on reporting, particular social reporting
• Have an understanding of the live entertainment market and how this operates
• Have the ability to operate to very tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure
