Lamb Of God manslaughter trial delayed
By Andy Malt | Published on Thursday 7 February 2013
Lamb Of God frontman Randy Blythe will apparently return to the US later this week, after his trial for manslaughter in the Czech Republic was delayed. As previously reported, the trial began in Prague on Monday, with Blythe pleading not guilty to charges of killing a fan by pushing him off stage at a gig in the city in 2010.
According to WTVR, after the scheduled testimony of a witness today the trial will be halted until 4 Mar. Defence lawyers in the case apparently asked for a postponement because a key witness due to give evidence this week was ill and could not attend court.
