Knowles senior ordered to pay maintenance for new born

Mathew Knowles, dad and manager to Beyonce and Solange, has been ordered to pay five grand a month in child support to a newly born boy called Nixon who, the child’s mother claims, is Mr Knowles’ love child, a result of an eighteen month affair which also seemingly brought about the end of Beyonce and Solange’s parents’ marriage in December.
According to TMZ, Knowles is due to take a DNA test to confirm, or not, his paternity of the new born, and the results of that test could impact on the LA court ruling re maintenance obligations. Nevertheless, he must pay February’s maintenance in the meantime. Knowles hasn’t commented on whether he believes he is Nixon’s father, though he has reportedly previously paid some of the child’s mother’s medical fees.
On the up side, if Nixon is Knowles’ son, that presumably expands his management roster to three. How soon is too soon to push a new child into the charts?
