Keith Richards solo catalogue goes digital
By Chris Cooke | Published on Friday 14 August 2015
Talking of New Music Friday, or Old Music Friday really, Keith Richards’ two solo albums to date – 1988’s ‘Talk Is Cheap’ and 1992’s ‘Main Offender’ – both arrive on all good digital stores everywhere today. You know, like it’s 2004 all over again. Though we’re talking download stores and streaming platforms here. So, like it’s 2008 all over again.
The catalogue releases are going digital at last as the Rolling Stones guitarist prepares to release his first solo album in 23 years, ‘Crosseyed Heart’, which is due to land everywhere on 18 Sep. When I say “everywhere”, I mean all download stores and streaming music platforms of course. Though if you’re a Netflix fan, there will be a Keith Richards documentary going live there too on the same day.
