Kanye West sued over airport pap scuffle

Kanye West is being sued over an alleged scuffle with a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport in July this year.
Paparazzo Daniel Ramos says that West punched him and wrestled him to the ground while he was trying to do the important job of photographing him as he walked somewhere.
Ramos initially tried to press criminal charges, but last week the LA district attorney decided not to prosecute West. In his civil suit, Romas accuses West of assault, battery and negligence and that the rapper violated his civil rights.
