Kanye bristling after Black Skinhead leak
By Aly Barchi | Published on Thursday 11 July 2013
Kanye West has issued a reasonably polite ‘stop it’ to the many sites that’ve leaked a “ruff” edit of his NSFW new ‘Yeezus’ video, ‘Black Skinhead’. At least, it started politely, only he spoilt it all by adding a “FUK YOU!”
Tweeting earlier this week when the clip first appeared online, West said: “Me and [co-director] Nick Knight have been working on this video for five months and for creatives it’s heartbreaking when something like this happens”, later adding: “Any website that may have the unapproved/unfinished ruff, I ask you to please take it down. Allow me and Nick to give the world what we’ve been losing sleep over”.
The Kanye-approved final cut will, he says, be watchable “within the next week”.
