Raymond Gubbay Ltd, London’s leading promoter of popular classical music, dance and trail events, is seeking to appoint a full time enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join its busy marketing department.

The company regularly presents over 500 events a year in London and around the UK and the role would play an active part in supporting the marketing department’s many and varied activities.

A summary of the roles responsibilities to include:To provide support to members of the marketing department in order to help the team deliver their responsibilities & objectives in a timely and efficient way.

Core Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Marketing Manager as required to ensure that they and other members of the department are kept up to speed.
• Liaising with venue’s marketing teams to help deliver and implement the marketing campaigns for RGL’s range of touring shows in a timely manner.
• Assisting with advance preparation of artwork in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
• Helping to facilitate the on sale process, to include supplying copy & images to the venues and ensuring information is supplied to agreed timelines.
• Creating, maintaining, & updating accurate records of marketing campaigns to ensure that campaigns remain on budget. Ensuring other members of the marketing team are kept informed.
• Keeping records of requirements for each of the venues and closely monitoring the busy schedule of printed materials and providing proof delivery when required.

Skills & Requirements
• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative and resilient and have a passion for entertainment and thrive on the diversity of working within a busy small company environment.
• Proof Reading & Copy writing experience would be an advantage.
• Experience of working with a variety of Image editing software & social media platforms.
• Ability to research different markets across a variety of platforms.
• Ability to show initiative when both working independently and as part of a small team.
• Someone who is flexible and enjoys working & juggling a varied workload. Excellent written and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
