Joanna Newsom shooting Paul Thomas Anderson film

Folkette Joanna Newsom has been pictured on the set of ‘Inherent Vice’, a new film by director Paul Thomas Anderson. Set to be released in 2014, the film stars, says The Playlist, Joaquin Phoenix, Benicio Del Toro, Owen Wilson, Reese Witherspoon, Josh Brolin, Martin Short, Jena Malone and, potentially, Sean Penn.
Its 1970s-set narrative, based on the book by Thomas Pynchon, follows an inexpert detective as he investigates his ex-girlfriend’s kidnapping.
