Hint announces new EP and vocalist competition
By CMU Editorial | Published on Tuesday 10 August 2010
Hint has announced that he will release a new EP, ‘Beryllium’, on 30 Aug via Tru Thoughts, which is all fun. But not as much fun as the competition that coincides with it. No, it’s not another one of those tedious remix competitions. Instead, Hint is looking for some folks to provide vocals for a couple of new tracks.
Hint has uploaded two basic instrumental tracks, and their individual parts, for you to sing over. Once the competition closes on 27 Sep, Hint and Tru Thoughts A&R guy Robert Luis with select the best, bringing in Quantic, Alice Russell, The Bamboos and Belleruche to help them pick the overall winner from a final ten. The victor will then have their completed track released on Tru Thoughts later this year.
