Nordoff Robbins has announced the first winners of this year’s Silver Clef Awards, with Florence Welch taking Best Female and Jess Glynne named Best Newcomer.
“I am THRILLED to be receiving the Jack Daniel’s Best Newcomer award at the O2 Silver Clef Awards”, says Glynne, because she is far more on brand than me. “Music is such a healer, and what Nordoff Robbins are doing is really inspiring”.
Welch adds of her win: “It is a real honour to be receiving the Best Female award at the O2 Silver Clef Awards. It is really special to be recognised by Nordoff Robbins, a charity who use the power of music to change lives”.
All the prizes will be handed out at a ceremony held at Grosvenor House in London on 1 Jul.
