Festival line-up update: Y-Not, Roadburn and more

Reggae artist (and son of Bob) Julian Marley has replaced an absent Toots & The Maytals on the bill at this year’s Boomtown Fair, Toots et al having cancelled their appearance after Toots himself was injured earlier this year. Marley and a pair of still-secret acts will headline the festival’s Lion’s Den Temple Stage.

And hey, guess what? This year’s Zoo Project fest (30 Aug – 1 Sep) has moved from its original site at Boughton House, Kettering, to Donington Park. Why? I’ll leave its organisers to explain: “As preparations in Kettering went underway, it became clear that we couldn’t create the festival experience that you deserve. In our new location we can really go wild! Donington Park is just over half an hour up the road, better connected, and ideal for three days and nights of dynamite sounds!”
