ATP’S I’LL BE YOUR MIRROR, Alexandra Palace, London, Alexandra Palace, London, 25-27 May: A Storm Of Light, Blanck Mass, El-P, Umberto and Can’s own Irmin Schmidt & John Podmore form the latest five additions to I’ll Be Your Mirror’s Mogwai-curated spring billing, existing features of which include Slayer, The Afghan Whigs, Dirty Three, Mudhoney and Death Grips. www.atpfestival.com/events/ibymlondon2012.php

BEACHED, Castlefield Basin, Manchester, 2 Jun: Having played the Camden Crawl this past weekend, The Futureheads will next month appear as headliners of Manchester-based fest Beached, joining The Whip, Hey Sholay and Kid British on the line-up at large. www.beachedfestival.com
