DJ Mag opens voting for its DJ Poll
By Chris Cooke | Published on Monday 14 July 2014
Voting opened yesterday for DJ Mag’s annual Top 100 DJ Poll, the annual survey every club DJ will tell you doesn’t really matter to them, but which actually does. According to the dance music mag, 750,000 people from 200 countries voted in last year’s poll, with Dutch DJ Hardwell taking the top spot off five-times winner Armin Van Buuren.
This year’s survey was kicked off with a party in Amsterdam on Saturday night before voting opened online yesterday lunchtime. This year’s Top 100 will be unveiled on 18 Oct, with events in both Amsterdam, as part of the Amsterdam Dance Event, and at the Brixton Academy in London.
Clubbers have until 15 Sep to do their voting at top100djsvote.djmag.com
