Deftones announce “ONE of the greatest albums”

Oh mate, Deftones have confirmed that they will release their new album, ‘Gore’, on 8 Apr. That’s a bit of bloody good news, isn’t it? They’ve also released the record’s first single, ‘Prayers/Triangles’, which sounds exactly like Deftones and that is why it is perfect.
Channelling Kanye, frontman Chino Moreno said of the album: “Out of respect for Pac, Big, Stevie, Michael, Hendrix, ‘Gore’ is ONE of the greatest albums not the greatest, just one of”.
Would you like to see the band live though? Yes, you would. They’ll play their rescheduled Wembley Arena show on 3 Jun, just ahead of their appearance at Download Festival on 11 Jun. So those are your opportunities.
Unless you live in a different country, in which case there are other opportunities. I suppose you could travel to another country form the UK too. But I don’t see why you would when there are two fine opportunities right here at home. Maybe you have friends abroad who are Deftones fans. I don’t know. Please don’t write in to tell me.
