Other notable announcements and developments today…

• Uncut has a new look, don’t you know, with the music mag boasting “a new contemporary design and premium look”. Oh, and a new strapline too: “The Past, Present And Future Of Great Music”. The revamp will “assert the core values of our magazine: our huge, informative and passionate reviews section; and our voracious appetite for new and unheard music, both old and new”, says editor John Mulvey.

• Other than ‘Hotline Bling’, Drake hasn’t bothered with any music videos for his ‘Views’ album. Although now it looks like he might be doing one of those visual album things Beyonce likes.

• There’s another new Regina Spektor song out in the world, here’s ‘Small Bill$’.

• Lustmord will release his long-in-production ‘Dark Matter’ album on 30 Sep. The record was created using sound collected from various libraries of recordings of space. Listen to a medley of tracks from it here.

• Apothek have announced that they will release their debut album on 30 Sep. Here’s new single ‘Invited’.

• Jinnwoo has released the video for ‘Woman’, taken from his new album ‘Strangers Bring Me No Light’. He’s also announced that he’ll be touring the UK in September and October.

• Communion will mark its tenth birthday with a free show at the House Of Vans in London on 1 Sep. House band for the night Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats will be joined by a variety of acts from the band’s first decade. Tickets available via ballot here.

• The Association Of Independent Music has announced that Stormzy will receive the Innovator Award at this year’s AIM Independent Music Awards next month. The prize celebrates “the achievements of an artist, label or business person pushing the boundaries of independent music”.

• The Music Managers Forum has announced that Vector UK chief Peter Rudge will be presented with its prestigious lifetime-achievement-style Peter Grant Award at the next edition of the Artist & Manager Awards, which take place on 24 Nov in London.
