Bucks Music branches out into management
By Chris Cooke | Published on Friday 3 June 2016
Independent music publisher Bucks Music Group has launched a management division headed up by Anthony Hippsley, formerly off of Big Life and Spilt Milk Management. He brings with him the first signing to the firm’s new management roster, producer and writer Jordan Riley.
Says that there Hippsley said: “I am excited to start Bucks Music Management and partner with the UK’s strongest independent publisher to offer management and the chance to work with great artists, producers, writers and mix engineers to see their goals accomplished”.
Meanwhile Bucks’ Director Of Creative A&R Sarah Liversedge had this to say: “The time feels perfect for Bucks Music Group to branch out and develop a new management venture. Anthony first came onto my radar a couple of years ago at our Bucks writing camp at Rak Studios – he was guest bass guitarist in a session with our friends and business associates, producer Bless Beats and Ivor 2016 nominated songwriter Jin Jin”.
She went on: “His interaction and communication with artists, producers and songwriters is impressive and we are pleased that Anthony will kick start the management roster with rising producer and writer, Jordan Riley”.
