Billie Joe Armstrong shooting film

Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong is going to do real acting in ‘Like Sunday, Like Rain’, a wet new independent film by writer/director Frank Whaley.
Armstrong will star opposite Debrah Messing off of ‘Will And Grace’ and ‘Gossip Girl’ ‘actress’ Leighton Meester, playing the latter’s boyfriend.
Deadline confirms shooting on the movie has already started, so it’s too late to do anything to stop it now.
