Baroness members leave hospital in the UK
By CMU Editorial | Published on Wednesday 29 August 2012
All four members of Baroness have now been released from hospital, following their previously reported tour bush crash in Somerset earlier this month.
Frontman John Baizley was the final member of the metal band to be discharged, while his bandmates have all already returned the US, lead guitarist Pete Adams having been the first to head home a week and a half ago. As well as confirming this news, the band have also said that all remaining tour dates for 2012 have been cancelled.
As for the other people hurt in the crash, the status is unclear. Earlier this month it was announced that the driver of the bus (who was said to have sustained “live changing injuries”) was still in a critical condition, though a spokesperson for the Royal United Hospital in Bath declined to comment to the BBC.
