Approved: Kompakt Presents… at Corsica Studios

Get set for a great one at this no frills, proper South London club tomorrow night. German techno label Kompakt will be taking over Corsica Studios with its co-founders Michael Mayer and Reinhard Voigt headlining with back to back DJ sets – Mayer will take the top slot with two four hour runs on the decks.
The hour break between Mayer’s sets will give you time to check out the other offerings on the night, if they haven’t already tempted you away. In Room Two will be Danish underground techno head turned multi-million selling producer for the likes of Shakira, Kölsch, who will be performing live, and also London-via-Montreal tech house duo Blond:ish.
Kompakt is a brilliant label and this opportunity to have its oeuvre rammed into your ears and through your bones with Corsica’s soundsystem is one you should not even think twice about taking.
