A 33 year-old man named Toby Sheldon claims to have spent nearly £60k on plastic surgery to make him look like Justin Bieber. Yes, this Justin Bieber.
Apparently an aspiring songwriter based in LA, Sheldon says via Closer: “My friends shower me with compliments. They even call me Toby Bieber”.
